Less than a month ago, Sofidy's SCPI Efimmo 1 sold a 2,100 m² office building "for more than its last appraised value", says the management company in a press release.
The asset, located at 24 rue Childebert, in the Bellecour district, on the peninsula of Lyon's 2ᵉ arrondissement, was sold for nearly €10 million; it generates a deed-in-hand yield of +5.50% and shows a gross capital gain of €3.7 million.
The asset was acquired by the SCPI in 2010.
