BNPPRE appoints head of London lease advisory

BNP Paribas Real Estate has promoted Richard Stevens to head of London lease advisory. Stevens has 20 years of experience advising clients, with expertise in rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gearing and surrenders. He specialises in business space, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics assets and London and the South East office markets.
