Lifa Investments, a private Québec investment fund that manages nearly 500 rental units primarily located on the Island of Montreal, acquired the 144-unit Domaine Louis Pare at 2770 Louis-Pare Rue from Banvest for $25.140 million, or $174,583 per unit.
