Apex Realty Group, a boutique West Michigan real estate brokerage and real estate investment firm based in Byron Center, closed on its purchase of One Oakes, a newly renovated loft apartment building with street-level retail space in downtown Grand Rapids, for $2.76 million. The seller was a private investor.
