Paris 9th: Danone to locate its world headquarters on the Hermione

Amundi Immobilier, on behalf of Crédit Agricole Assurances, has just signed an XXL rental deal in the ^9th arrondissement of Paris. The group has signed a 10-year lease with Danone, covering 11,090 sq.m. of l'Hermione, i.e. 60% of the total surface area of this office building located at 59-61 rue La Fayette. "We are delighted to have chosen this beautiful address, which fully meets our expectations in terms of the quality of its restructuring, its surroundings, its services and its environmental performance," explains Philippe Amiotte, Director of Real Estate and Work Environment for Groupe Danone. "The building at 59-61 rue La Fayette will enable us to welcome our customers, employees and international offices in a prestigious, functional and welcoming location", he adds, "This relocation project comes at an important time in our development, and will be an important lever for our employer and CSR policies".
