Cross Hospitals, a partnership between Kennor Cross Hospital Investors and Nobis Hospital Investments, plans to develop a new inpatient medical rehabilitation hospital in The District at Midtown in Little Rock, Arkansas, where it acquired a 3.02-acre parcel.
