Flexible office provider Cubo has entered the North East with the letting of the top two floors of Newcastle’s Bank House development, earning it a CoStar Impact Award.
Cubo members will have a 360-degree panoramic view of the city’s skyline. The space comprises 20,358 square feet, the first phase of a major regeneration of Pilgrim Street in the city centre, which will deliver more than 750,000 square feet of new Grade A offices, a public square, a destination food and beverage offer, and a boutique five-star hotel.
Bank House is an 8-minute walk to Central Station and a 4-minute walk to the metro station. Newcastle’s international airport is within a 20-minute drive time, and London can be accessed via rail in 2 hours and 45 minutes. It features shower facilities with lockers, drying rooms and towel stations, bike storage, and e-bike charging points. Members can also use the co-orking spaces in all Cubo locations.
About the Project: The impressive 4,500 square feet main reception area in Bank House opens on to a huge open-plan of coworking space, private offices, designated desks, and well-equipped meeting rooms.
