The Factory Yards mixed-use redevelopment project in southwest Grand Rapids took another major step forward last month after Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Economic Development Corp. announced the Michigan Strategic Fund approval of a Transformational Brownfield Plan financing package.
