Housing Minister says Mayor's London Plan must not be published until major changes made

The government’s new Secretary of State for Housing Robert Jenrick has followed yesterday’s publication of the government’s planning reform proposals by launching an attack on mayor of London Sadiq Khan’s housing record and forcing him to delay publication of his London Plan until he makes a series of changes.
