National developer and investment firm CRG hopes to build a 1 million-square-foot state-of-the-art distribution center at a 65-acre site in Dayton, Minnesota. The project, being built without a tenant in tow, is one of a series of supersized industrial properties developed under a CRG brand known as The Cubes, which have popped up in other large cities in the United States.
