 Stoic Equity Partners, an Alabama-based commercial real estate investment company founded by Jeremy Friedman and Grant Reaves to pursue value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate acquisitions throughout the Southeast, closed on its first two property deals in Arkansas with the $3 million purchase of the Shackleford Business Center and the Colonel Glenn Storage complex for $1.4 million, both in Little Rock.
