Paul Brundage, Deputy Chair of Investments at Canadian institutional investment giant OMERS, and for many years the face of its real estate arm Oxford Properties in the UK, is stepping down to take up a non executive and senior adviser role for the Investa office fund in Australia and the DOOR/Get Living build-to-rent business in the UK.
