Frank Volk, a veteran retail broker who played a leading role in establishing SRS Real Estate Partners' Las Vegas office, has left to join CBRE where he was named an executive vice president and focus on leasing high-end retail properties on the Las Vegas Strip, specialty properties and big mixed-use developments, according to a March 17 announcement from the company.
