Red Rock Developments, a private industrial developer and investor based in Columbia, South Carolina, led by Founder and CEO Bill Smith, will hold a ground-breaking ceremony on September 2 commemorating the start of constuction on its third speculative industrial development in the Sandy Run Industrial Park in Calhoun County, just south of Columbia.
