Dallas-Fort Worth's apartment sales volume in 2019 ended almost where it did in 2018 at about $5 billion below the record-setting year of 2017, when sales topped $6 billion. Overall sale volume was held back by a slower-than-normal fourth quarter. Even so, investors remain bullish on the market, with pricing continuing to appreciate.
