A Dry January doesn’t have to be a boring January.

The practice, which has been around for more than a decade and has grown increasingly popular, challenges people to abstain from alcohol for the entire month of January. Over the years, the number of non-alcoholic drink options has grown, giving Dry January participants a wide variety of fun and flavorful options.

And the trend goes beyond January. Americans are cutting down on drinking alcohol at home and away from home too, according to food-and-beverage data analysis firm Datassential.

Below is a slideshow and list of mocktails that hotel bars and restaurants have been serving this month to give their guests a chance to try something different while keeping their Dry January resolutions. Click through the slideshow for photos of the drinks.
