Large life science real estate investors are looking to capitalize on the recent growth of the Canyon Park and North Creek areas of Bothell, Washington. Since October, more than $250 million has been invested in flex and office properties in the Canyon Park and North Creek areas with either an existing biotech tenant roster or plans to redevelop the space for life science use.
