JLL Capital Markets announced the hiring of Tom Sullivan as a senior managing director in the firm's Boston office. Sullivan, who had previously been an executive managing director with Cushman & Wakefield for the past six-and-a-half years, will be part of JLL's Capital Markets group, where he will focus on debt and equity advisory transactions throughout the Northeast.
