National developer begins second phase of affordable housing project in Cleveland's Glenville neighborhood

70-unit Churchill Gateway II will be reserved for residents earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income

The NRP Group, a national developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing founded in Cleveland in 1994, has secured financing and begun construction on a 70-unit affordable housing development in Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood. The new project, Churchill Gateway II, is located next door to The Davis, a fully leased 52-unit affordable community that NRP developed in 2022 in partnership with University Hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic.
