Trucking holding company buys Inland Empire truck terminal for $17.65 million

30,660-square-foot facility in Fontana brings the quarter's fourth-highest price

Pride Group Enterprises of Canada has sold a 30,660-square-foot truck terminal in California's Inland Empire in an owner user transaction to Duff Capital Investors (DCI) for $17.65 million, or about $576 per square foot. It's the fourth-biggest transaction in the market in the second quarter.
