John Rex Charter Elementary, a public charter school, acquired The Athenian, a three-story office building at 615 N. Hudson Ave. in Oklahoma City, from a private individual who wanted to downsize his portfolio for $5,075,000, or $162.58 per square foot, in an owner-user sale.
