Kidder Mathews hired the retail investment team of Andrew Graff and Kyle Graff in the latest sign of internal expansion for the West Coast's largest independent commercial real estate brokerage.
The brothers, who each have nearly a decade of experience, have joined the firm’s headquarters in downtown Seattle as senior vice presidents.
Prior to their recent move, the Graffs were with NAI Puget Sound Properties.
The team joins Kidder Mathews at a time when the Seattle-based firm has been hiring dozens of brokers and other professionals. Kidder has hired more than 80 brokers in less than two years, despite the choppy environment in property transactions.
Andrew Graff and Kyle Graff bring expertise in leasing, sales and development of single-tenant net lease properties, strip centers and retail pad sites, the brokerage said in a statement.
They have collectively finished more than 75 transactions totaling over $100 million in their careers.
“I joined Kidder Mathews because of their unparalleled support, industry expertise and investment sales platform,” Andrew Graff said in the statement.
The move provides the team with opportunities "to collaborate with industry experts and leverage the firm’s resources, allowing us to share valuable insights and strategies that benefit our clients,” Kyle Graff added.
