Real estate investment firm M&J Wilkow acquired two retail shopping centers in North Carolina’s fast-growing Triangle region. New York-based Kimco Realty Corp. sold the properties to M&J Wilkow for nearly twice as much as Kimco paid for the properties in 2010.
