Funding for the Effizienzhaus 55 standard is available in Germany again

This fulfils a demand made by the industry since subsidies for this energy standard were suspended at short notice by the previous government in 2022

Funding is available again for housing projects meeting the low-energy Effizienzhaus 55 standard, albeit initially only on a small scale: funding totaling €59 million has been earmarked for this purpose in the 2025 budget.
