€7.4 billion invested in French commercial real estate so far this year

In France, according to the ImmoStat results released today, only €7.4 billion has been exchanged in French commercial real estate since the start of the year, down 18% on the same cumulative figure for 2023, notes the GIE composed of BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. ImmoStat is an independent economic interest grouping firm.
