Student housing property sales rebounded in 2024 from their lowest annual volume in 2023, according to CoStar data. Sales rose to $6.6 billion last year from $3.9 billion in 2023 — and first-quarter sales this year of $1.8 billion puts 2025 on pace to surpass last year’s volume.
