Madison Investments and New York-based investment manager Atalaya Capital Management completed the acquisition of the former Martha's Table building in Northwest Washington's trendy 14th Street corridor that clears the way for the venture to kick off construction on one of Washington's largest redevelopment projects of the last decade.
