Goldman Brings Office Loan Deal Back to Market: Goldman Sachs is trying again to issue a commercial mortgage-backed securities offering tied to a $484.7 million portion of a $1.7 billion loan originated in December. The loan helped finance Pacific Investment Management Co.’s purchase of big-city office owner Columbia Property Trust that month for $3.9 billion.
