UK property funds slip but remain relatively unscathed by Middle East conflict

Outflows increased in March but are well below levels created by Budget speculation

UK property fund outflows jumped to £44 million in March, according to the latest Fund Flow Index from Calastone, the global funds network, more than double the volume of February’s net selling of £20 million.
