The retailer has agreed a 15-year lease for a 31,700 sq ft (2,945 sq m) store. To date there is only one TJ Hughes in Scotland, located in Glasgow city centre, with East Kilbride and three others - understood to be in Dundee, Clydebank and Livingston opening or set to open before Christmas.
