Cantor Fitzgerald, a New York investor, is the latest to place its bets on the South Bay's pandemic rebound with its $63.75 million purchase of a two-building office campus leased to tech titan Apple. The recently closed deal for the De Anza Plaza properties in Cupertino, California, equates to roughly $773 per square foot, well above the area's current average of $703 a square foot, according to CoStar.
