The proposals, for the development to be known as Quayside West, could see up to 1,500 high-quality residential properties built, along with a hotel and up to 10,605 sqm of commercial, community and leisure space. A new east/west spine road through the site will provide vehicle, cycle and pedestrian access to the site. Significant new landscaping and public realm, including public open spaces, viewpoints and walkways will also make Quayside West an attractive destination for visitors.
