The Commonwealth of Massachusetts issued an offering memorandum seeking a private development partner to convert the Lindemann-Hurley campus, a 6.5-acre Brutalist-style government complex at 19-25 Staniford St. in Boston's West End, into housing as part of the Healey-Driscoll administration's State Land for Homes initiative.
