Evans Randall sells Croydon Park Hotel

Private equity real estate company Evans Randall Investors has sold the Croydon Park Hotel to Croydon Council for £29.8m.

The four star, 211-room, freehold hotel, which occupies a prime 1.54 acre site was put up for sale by Evans Randall Investors in June this year, nearly five years after it was acquired from Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) at a yield of c. 9%.
