Hong Kong’s Tenacity buys £69m City asset

DTZ Investors has sold 55 Gracechurch Street, EC3, to Hong Kong based Tenacity Group for £69m.

Cushman & Wakefield was instructed to sell the building, a prime office development in the City of London, for £60m a 4.73% yield - in June. The property attracted strong interest from high net worth and institutional global investors.
