Riverstone Communities Pays $8.2M for Mobile Home Park Near Albany

Michigan Investment Firm Adds 108-Lot Central Court to Growing Portfolio

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based Riverstone Communities, a private company that owns and operates more than 70 manufactured housing communities in 12 states, purchased a 108-lot mobile home park in Schenectady, New York, from Crochetta Bros & Co. Central Court sold for $8.2 million, or about $76,000 per lot.
