In Denver, group demand in upper-tier hotels is near its previous peak, with that segment projected for continued growth over the remainder of the year. As Denver enters peak seasonality in the summer, leisure travel will improve to levels well above the first quarter. However, despite the improvement, a reduction in corporate travel has limited transient demand recovery.
