Stanley’s Fresh Fruit & Vegetables, which abruptly closed its doors for business in April after more than five decades, is switching brokers after its North Side Chicago property, part of an assembly of land at the gateway of two development projects totaling nearly 60 acres, failed to attract a buyer.
