Office Space in Town is planning an extensive renovation of the seven-story building, which is 36,000 sq ft of office space. The plan is to re-develop the existing floor space, with the addition of communal break out areas, cafés, and dining areas. There is also the opportunity for OSiT to enlarge the existing space.
