Goose Island venture takes over Shoreditch Drunken Monkey lease

Niche City fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co has negotiated a deal with international beer company ABInBev to acquire the remainder of a long lease at 222 Shoreditch High Street.

Occupying the ground and lower ground floors, the 4,000 sq ft property was home to the institutional dim sum eatery and cocktail bar The Drunken Monkey, ABInBev is acquiring the building under its Goose Island Vintage Ale House brand.
