Industrial Development Thrives Along Interstate 70 in St. Louis

The shift of consumers toward more online buying as a result of the pandemic has resulted in a surge in industrial development, as companies require more warehouse space to store goods. In St. Louis, that spike in construction activity was concentrated along the region’s northern half, near Interstate 70, the region’s primary east-west highway.
