Facebook confirms mega 611,000 sq ft King’s Cross pre-let

Facebook has confirmed its long-trailed plans to move to the King’s Cross Central development in 2021, signing a prelet across three buildings covering 611,000 sq ft of offices and marking one of the largest London leasing deals in the last decade.

The move will see Facebook double its footpring in the capital with total capacity for over 6,000 workstations in the buildings, the social media giant said in a statement. The number of jobs this will create is yet to be confirmed.
