Stoic Equity Partners, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on the flex-industrial sector and based in Daphne, Alabama, acquired the nine-building industrial park at 444 Old Wire Road in Springdale to expand its holdings in Arkansas. This was the firm’s first property acquisition in the Northwest Arkansas market and its fourth asset in the state.
