SuprTek, a company that provides IT engineering and professional service to federal, state, and local government customers, has purchased an office building in Columbia, Maryland, from Exeter Property Group for $6.78 million, or $165 per square foot. SuprTek retained MCRE in April of 2019 to find a Maryland operations site to serve as its headquarters for more than 180 staff and partners.
