UK asset manager Quadrant and Canadian institutional investor Alberta Investment Management Corporation, or AIMCo, are all set to gain consent for significantly upsized plans for a 230,000-sq-ft office redevelopment at the Royal Mail's former south London depot in the Nine Elms regeneration zone.
