The Blackstone Group LP and Gateway Industrial Properties, purchased the five-building industrial portfolio at 202, 204, 206, 311-F and 311-G North Chimney Road in Greensboro, NC, from Somerset Properties and Thackeray Partners for $32.2 million, or about $42 per square foot.
