L&G rethinks Central Saint Giles sale

Legal & General has decided against selling its 50% stake in the iconic Central Saint Giles development to focus on the asset management of the 433,000 sq ft campus, CoStar News can reveal.

The Central Saint Giles Partnership, the joint venture between L&G and MEC, which was established to fund the construction of the development, instructed JLL in February to prepare the WC2 campus for sale for £700m, a capital value of more than £1,600 per sq ft.
