Private Investor Sells Garden-Style Multifamily Community for $23.6 Million

Chevy Chase, MD-based Federal Capital Partners (FCP) bolstered its Orlando, FL-area multifamily portfolio by acquiring the 264-unit Royal Isles apartment complex in Orlando’s Engelwood Park. This purchase will be FCP’s eighth investment in Florida, bringing the company’s total investment in the state to more than 2,000 apartment units.
