After going under contract on the property in April, Fort Worth, TX-based Crescent Real Estate Holdings has closed on its purchase of Downtown Denver’s Brown Palace Hotel & Spa and the adjacent Holiday Inn Express for $125 million, according to a warranty deed filed Thursday with the Denver County Clerk and Recorder.
