Dorrington buys £18m business centre on the Thames

London specialist Dorrington has completed the acquisition of Hamilton House, 1 Temple Avenue, EC4 for £18m.

The 29,700 sq ft property has previously been managed by Allsop on behalf of The City of London Corporation and has been operating as a business centre for over 20 years. It is now set to undergo an extensive refurbishment under its new owners.
